I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a fraudulent order I placed on thecasefactoryindia's website. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and Instagram, I have not received any response, and I have not received the products I paid for.I recently discovered that the website turned out to be a scam.

I request your immediate intervention to help resolve this issue. I am seeking either a full refund or assistance in pursuing further legal action against the company. The lack of response from the seller is extremely frustrating.
