This is regarding three missing items ordered from Myntra with details as below:
*. Order id: ******* – ******* – ******* which has one missing item mentioned below:
i) Madame M Secret black and grey printed night suit – Rs. ***.**
This product is still missing and Myntra team has closed the complaint stating that the product has been delivered.
*. Order No: *******-*******-******* has two missing items mentioned below:
i) United Colours of Benetton girls Navy printed t-shirt – Rs. ***.**
ii) Nauti Nati girls peach coloured T-shirt – Rs. ***.**
Myntra team is extending the resolution date day by day and not providing and progress details over missing item complaint. Wasted lots of efforts and time talking to customer care but they are not at all transparent and denied to help in any way and started hanging up the calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
