I have booked Independent TV on **th November ****. Got a message on same day saying installation will be done in **-** days. Raising this complaint on **th December ****. Still didn't receive the product. Customer care sucks, they keep saying my mobile number/email ID is not registered, but surprisingly I got message on the same number. They take complaint and no body reverts back for weeks.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
