I have ordered * products on the **th of December which were to reach me by the **th December. It's **th December I have not received any of the products. I have been calling Myntra since the ** of December everyday for the last * days. I have been asked over and over again to wait for ** hours. I still haven't received any answer as to why my product is delayed. I am leaving out of town and am left without clothes to pack. My train is at *** am tomorrow (**st December) I have mentioned that too. If I was told it's not possible or the reason at least I would have seen to alternative method. I have spoken to supervisors, escalation Managers and everyone possible. The product is at the delivery center since **th of December. This is consumer harrasment, negligence and false promises. It's completely bad faith you have operated on. I have made Humpty calls.
