Agarwal fast packers and movers - Package not delivered and didn t get the refund amount after return

I booked through (https://www.logisticmart.com) to transport my two wheeler from chennai to theni. They sent me a message mentioning that they contact me to K B S packers and movers with their contact number. So i called that number to book a slot, the lady praveena attened the call and planned to take my vehicle from chennai on **/**/**** for **** rupees + **** insurance which is refundable at the delivery. Everything went well before i surrender the vehicle. But afterwards she didn't give any updates.I called her next morning and ask to sent invoice and enquired about the status. But she didn't sent the invoice and told vehicle will be deliver next day. She called next morning and demanding for extra **** rupees. After this all my days went like i tried called her from the morning and she rarely attend my calls and said your vehicle will be delivered tomorrow. So i asked her to return my vehicle on **/*/**** she said okay but she didn't deliver on that day. The next day morning she returned my vehicle after number of calls and asked me to pay for the vehicle which took my bike and she will return that money too. I paid ****, but she didn't refund my money till now. When i called her last time she mentioned that her company name agarwal fast cargo. After i google about their company i realised that she did the same thing for every customer.
