Agarwal fast packers and movers - Forgery and cheated

My bike has not been delivered for the past ** days (from Feb ** -****) to till now **March**. I think both "GATI Packers" and "AGARWAL FAST PACKERS" transport is the same cheating person. She called on the same number in name of Ragena(mobile no ***** *****) promised that she will refund the money at the time of delivery but she didn't deliver my bike till now. I know this money will not be refunded but still, they have not delivered my bike, I don't know where is my bike. I filed a police complaint also, but still no response.
Actually, home pickup to home delivery, which they have given that billing address is fake and no GST also. I don't want any other to be cheated like this and please go for good packers. Whoever seeing this complaint, please don’t use this transport and if possible. Please circulate about this cheating and transport details to your circle of contacts as much as possible.
