Hi I placed order for * items on shopper stop and have recieved only * till date out of which an item thats non returnable was damaged in transit.
Upon raising the issue I have not received any resolution. * items are showing delivered in their app and I have not received any of those items.
The delivery partner has just marked it delivered mentioning its delivered to the gate. Its not delivered and delivery otp is also not requested for prompt delivery.
I am at loss and have no means to address this please help with either refund or replacement.
