Shopper Stop - Exchange processed incorrectly

I had ordered a pair of boots from the app and a sandal. The size of the boots were not correct due to which the exchange was initiated. The number picked up by the system was incorrect and even after multiple calls and follow up resolution was not provided. I asked the staff to rectify n expedite the order as I had done it for an occasion, however they are more interested in delaying the process and playing blame games.
