So, I had bought Asus Zenfone max pro during sale in Flipkart for ***** with flipkart assured program, then the delivery was supposed to be on **-**-**** but they cancelled the order without my knowledge the package was shipped and reached the destination but was not dispatched to me I have screenshot of most of their mail and app messages, when I called customer care on **-**-**** they said the package will delivered on **-**-**** but now on **-**-**** morning they have cancelled my order without my knowledge and are saying im at fault cause I didn't not receive call so they RTO (return to origin) the product to my knowledge I have not got any call from the courier guys and our security guards also didn't see anyone coming to my house with a package, no the thing is they are refunding the money ***** and saying reorder if you want the phone which **k so this their marketing technique to fool people in the name of big sale and all.
They went so far to deny me access to my orders in Flipkart app as well as Google Chrome I can't access my orders but I can access everything else this is so fishy and I hope they don't do such stuff in future, this would be my last order from Flipkart I got to know that it is a shady company with bad customer support. So to all my fellow buyers from Flipkart be careful they are just playing with you and your money asking you to prepay and giving discount such cheap tricks they use, and they know we can't sue them since they are giving our money back but this mentally frustrating and I can't buy new mobile with same features at the same price now do I.
