I ordered a voltas ac from flipkart on **/**/** and was assured to get it by **/**/**.but I didn't received my order. After post assured delivery date I connected both flipkart and gati courier they told that my product will be delivered next day everyday. And this continued for * days when my order was auto cancelled. When I connected gati courier they told me that flipkart has cancelled it and when I connected flipkart they told gati has cancelled it. After all this the flipkart said me to reorder my product and they assured me to get this time the product on time. So I reordered the product. From the first day itself I was poking flipkart and courier service so that I get the product on time but again same thing happened after all my mental harassment of daily calling and mailing to customer care my product was auto cancelled but no one knows who cancelled it,as both of them were saying. Even the flipkart blocked my mail and phone calls.
