I have placed orders on *th of August **** along with other products but I am cancelling this order after waiting for * days you didn't inform me for order delivery getting delayed I called your toll free number then only you replied that or be delivered on on **th , but no delivery and I cal back for the delay of product delivery on **th then you said me you will be delivered before **th I waited till **th and called you for delayed order on **th when I called you you told me the order will be delivered on **th again the same delay no responsible person is working on Flipkart is willing to take so I called you on **th again about the delay of order again you are saying me that please cancel the order and reorder again with other service provider since I am been loyal customer to Flipkart for * days delay of order why it's easy to you not understanding customer problem you are saying me that I am understanding your problem cancel the order why I should wait for * days and cancel the order after you informing me is this the way to treat a customer why Flipkart customer service is too worst it's not taking responsibility such a large scale Flipkart you are not able to deliver a product as mentioned on the day which I purchased product when I came back to product cancellation page it says within * days the amount will be transferred to your bank account why should I wait for * days are you playing with my cash or you are responsible for Flipkart people is Flipkart is sleeping there is no responsible person on Flipkart you can't handle logistic if you are not able to handle it why are taking the responsibility I am a customer of Flipkart not your seller placed ,the order on Flipkart not an sellers website
