Insasta.com - Package not delivered after payment done

First up I have seen the advertisement on Google (Dt.**/**/****) for wireless headphones which is available in Rs.*** with around **% off on insasta.com. So I purchased this item and paid the same amount through internet banking. The order was successfully placed and I got a mail for order confirmation as well as regarding successful payment. But till date, I didn't get my package. I tried to log in my Insasta account for tracking my order but failed, again and again. I also tried to contact their customer care centre but all contact no is switched off either unable to contact. Well, I will never purchase anything before the incident from this company. I doubt on this while I was placed an order but said the amount is neglected so I bought that product. But this shouldn't be happening with anyone so that's why I complain here.
