I have ordered Redmi note * pro for exchange. Delivery guy denied to take my old phone and talking very rude. He told that he will return the phone, but I already paid the amount to the phone and ready to pay that exchange amount. But the agent did overaction and didn't give me a phone. I have complained this to customer care but they are not resolving this issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
