Stalkbuylove - Package not delivered after a month of placing order

I had pre paid placed an order with StalBuyLove a month ago and it hasn't been delivered yet. People who place cash on delivery orders get in within *-* days. I contacted them but got only system generated responses. This is extremely unprofessional and distressing.
