I have ordered a item from snapdeal.com on **th Aug,**** & it was a prepaid ordered.
My email id from which i ordered : shafat.****@gmail.com
Order Id : ***********.
The item was supposed to get delivered on *th September **** but i haven't received the item, instead i got a message in my phone that the item was delivered to my place.
After the message i received i contacted my security for the details but there were no trace of any Snapdeal Delivery Person.
Then after getting this information i immediately contacted snapdeal via website " snapdeal.com " complaining them that my package was not delivered.
Complaint Reference No. : ********.
On *th September,**** i received the mail from Snapdeal ( help@snapdeal.com ). They provided me the delivery prove saying it was delivered. I was really shocked to see my fake sign in the delivery proof as because i wasn't there at my delivery place at the time mentioned on the delivery proof, i was out of my address for which i can show you the CCTV footage.
Even i checked the CCTV footage for the said date & time on delivery address i found no delivery person at my door.
I have attached the delivery proof.
Again I emailed to snapdeal that i haven't received the package & i requested for the investigation report.
They mailed me back on *th September that they will investigate the report & let me know within *-* days.
I was waiting for the report.
Again on **th September i have emailed them for the investigation report and they replied me on **th September that they will let me know by ** hours.
And that was the last email i received from Snapdeal, then after i have sent multiple emails every day and so on.
Till today **th September my issue is the same but response from Snapdeal has been stopped for no reason.
I also emailed them that if they don't reply me i will go for higher complaints ( This the only thing i can do ) but still no reply.
I request your team to please help me in this case.
Hope i will get the solution from your end.
