On August **, ****, after seeing an ad on Instagram, I placed an order worth INR **** with a company named ‘The Cloth Ero’. Though they had no Instagram account, their website looked trustworthy. After placing the order, I also received a confirmation mail and text message. The site also mentioned the minimum days to transport the goods. I sent them multiple mails regarding enquiry and received absolutely no replies. They have only provided their mail id for contact and no phone numbers. Today is September ** and still haven’t received the package or any reply mails.
