I purchased a Nike shoes for RS **** on ** June on EMI provided by Flipkart paylater for * months (**** per month) and generally the bill get generated in first week of next month in my case it was * July and payable on or before ** July but they do not delivered the product till ** July and forced me to pay for *st EMI ..I requested many times please either deliver the shoes or cancel it because how can I pay *st EMI without having the product but they don't deliver the shoe and don't deferred the payment ..I paid the amount today is ** July but they do not deliver the product nor cancel the product and also not giving me refund.just giving excuses whenever I call them and tell me to wait for * week more please take action
