I have ordered Products from Myntra for which delivery vendor refusing delivery to my doorstep with no reasons. Registerd complaint with Myntra but only received assurance of product delivery. Product is still with delivery warehouse and everymorning its out dor delivery but after some time the agent change status to failed delivery without contacting me. This is happening from last *-* days and also mentioned delivery date is over i.e.. ** June.
I do have supporting call recording from Myntra where they are refusing to deliver product and also open issues with Myntra for same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
