Flipkart.com - Package not delivered

ordered a thomson smart Tv (** inch) on **st may and initiated a return in ** days due to issues with hdmi output and lack of certain features, I was told that they cannot refund and only replacement is possible despite the website stating easy returns. the uninstallation happened on **th june wednesday and the technician packed the Tv in the box stating I will get the Tv the next day as the replacement scheduled for **nd June i.e. Friday which never happened and on Tuesday **th June, they cancelled the order without any explanation and placed a new replacement order for *nd July which never came as well. I am without Tv since **th of June and am chasing flipkart everyday only for them to escalate the issue and their escalations team have a tat of ** hours so there is a considerable delay in communication itself let alone the issue resolution. Today being the *rd July, they have also crossed their new replacement date and have now put a new delivery date as the *th of July.
I really don't want the Tv and just want my money back after such a harrowing experience. I will never buy anything from flipkart again.
