I placed an order on Shein on **st December ****. Shein promised *-** days delivery but I have not received the order till date. After complaining and calling them continuously the logistics company updated the status but the package has been in Delhi airport for almost two days. I needed the package before Sunday(tomorrow) as I’m moving out of Bangalore on Sunday evening after that I won’t be able to receive the package at all. There has been a violation of trust and the company has failed to deliver it’s promise. Their customer care is not supportive at all. It has been ** days since I placed the order. I urge the court to take immediate action against the company. I would request to deliver the package to the city I’m moving to within a day.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
