Ordered multiple things using the available discount voucher in October with order number **********. Few items delivered and one item returned due to poor quality. Last item has been updated as delivered on ** Oct which was Beverly hills deodorant spray but never delivered to me. I raised complaint and asked for my order or refund. They said they have done investigation and closed the case saying it's delivered. Repeated follow ups didn't yield anything. I have stopped using Paytm mall and fund their cheating plans further. Need my money back but they are giving one sided info that investigation done n product delivered. Donno where they delivered n who is enjoying the product or money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
