Jyotsana singh filed complaint against Paytm mall shopping on Dec 31, 2020
Have raised a return request on paytm mall for the item that was received on **st december.
Request is raised on same day. Till then I used to follow up on daily basis but didnot get any response from customer service team.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
