The fact is that when i book the product estimate delivery date was **Oct. There was no communication from your side that the delivery was prepone. I do received an e mail stating the the product was delivery on **Oct, since the e mail was in junk i didn't see it. No one from courier company called us or delivered the shipment to address.
This is very unfortunate that you con't help the customer to find out the root cause for not delivering the shipment.
In this digital word its very easy to trace the forwarding and receiving report for the shipment.
