Raymond India - Fraud of Purchase of Raymonds shirt of 2999

I have purchased a Shirt of Raymonds from Sanwariya Collection Ghaziabad (**,GT Road, Near Chaudhary More) of worth Rs.**** on ** June ****.
After first wash the shirt color changed and there was a complete loss of its original color and quality. The shirt shrink and changed into a local market type shirt.
They say that we work on No Exchange and No Return Policy.
I don't know what to do and where to go.
I have proper bill and details of purchase (Have Payment proof also).

I went to stiched a cloth from Raymond same shop same tailor master. I choose a piece of cloth and give it to a tailor to make a suit of it. When I went to receive my order I get unfitted and changed cloth suit
