Vitthal Mukundi filed complaint against flipkart on Oct 14, 2019
Flipkart state that the item was delivered , but we have not received the item, now they are closing issue saying it is beyond the time allowed to resolve the issue.
initial complaint was raised as soon as they mentioned that i team was delivered, but later after a week there was not communication between two parties. then once again when we found time to looking into this issue, we raised a new complain on october **. on october ** flipkart refused to resolved the issue, stating that the time was beyond * month and nothing can be done.
i feel this is a huge money loss to me . i need my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
