Flo Mattress - Package not delivered

I ordered a mattress from flo mattress on **rd August **** and the estimated delivery time was **-** days. The item should have been received within aforementioned timeframe but no, the flo mattress team played a trick after crossing the delivery time. They sent me a message that order has been dispatched and provided me Fed ex reference number, which ensures the delivery to my location in ** days. But when I asked about the tracking status from FedEx team, they informed that the package was still with the Flo mattress team and It was not handed over to them. One month has passed and the item is still in flo mattress’s warehouse and they are not replying about the tracking details. I converted my purchase to Emi option (including interest plus GST) and paid the first instalment but the item has not been received. They should be charged with high penalty for harassment of the customers.

They are giving full support to e-commerce websites like amazon and had there been a delay to amazon customer by flo mattress, amazon would have revoked their seller status.
Flo mattress should be banned for providing services on their own since they are not capable of it.
