Myntra - Package not delivered

On the **th of June ****, i placed an order for ' here & now women blue shift dress' on www.myntra.com, the order number was *******-*******-*******. I had paid using through Myntra credit.

After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the *th of july ****. I didn't receive any updates after that.

On the *th of july ****, in the morning when I was tracking the delivery status, I was surprised to know that, my product was delivered on *rd July ****. I checked with my roommates , checked messages and call logs, emails if I received for delivery confirmation. But neither i receive any confirmation nor the product was delivered physically to me.

I called up Myntra customer care immediately on *th and raised a complaint. I followed up more than * time on this till **th of July ****. Then they said that my product was delivered and complaint was closed. However, I never received the product.

I this, I have lost my money, time and faith in online shopping with atleast prepaid shopping.

Therefore, it is requested that please bestow your kind attention into the matter and help me out.
