I placed an order for a Black and White Horse Vivo Y*** Back Cover on the Sirphire website on ** June **** and paid ₹*** online. More than ** days have passed, but I have not received the product. The seller provided AWB No. ***********; however, the tracking information is not providing any useful delivery update. I have made several attempts to contact the seller through phone calls, messages, and email, but I have not received any response. This constitutes non-delivery of the product and poor customer service. I request immediate delivery of the product or a full refund of the amount paid.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
