I placed a prepaid order on *rd April (Sirphire order# *******) with delivery date within *-* working days. I got a mail from shiprocket that the order was packed on the same day (*rd April). For the past * working days the status is "Out for Pickup" in the morning and "Pickup rescheduled" in the evening. Its been * working days since order is placed but its not even shipped.
When I submit complaint, I'm getting same response over mail - "Sorry for the delay. You will receive your order within the next *-* business days."
This is totally unacceptable. I want the order to be shipped immediately and delivery as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Sirphire it show that they have high quality prodect and legal, but it doesn't provide any details about it, now I can't open website of sirphire and not able to comment in instgram reel chat ,
