I placed order #********* on Purplle.The tracking status shows "Shipment is Delayed or Misrouted – Perumbavoor," and I have not received the package. Despite waiting for a long time, the issue remains unresolved. No updates or response from the purplle.The name of the courier service shown is blue dart plus.I request a full refund immediately.
