Actually I ordered * item along them there is * free item and all item came in one shipment but when I received shipment I got * defective product, * free product and other product is missing, I also complaint to customer care of purplle beauty but nothing respond came. Name of the product which is missing - Loreal hair oil serum. Order id - ********. Company name - Purplle
