Arihant books (https://arihantbooks.com) - Package not delivered

I placed an order for books from Arihant Publications on ** May ****. Even after ** days, the order has not been shipped properly and there has been no satisfactory response from the company.

The tracking details clearly show statuses such as “Pickup Pending”, “Shipment not ready for pickup”, and “Shipment not received from client”, which indicates that the seller has not handed over the package to the courier even after several days.

I contacted the company regarding the issue but no reply for email and their customer care numbers are either not working or not picked up by them. This delay and lack of communication have caused inconvenience and poor customer service experience.
I request the company to either:
Immediately dispatch and deliver the order with proper tracking updates, or
Provide a full refund for the order amount.
I also request appropriate action against the company for misleading shipment updates and unnecessary delay.
