Dear Sir/Ma,am,
I placed an order on Arihant Books website on *th June, **** with Order Number: #****** and made full payment online (Payment successful, copy attached). However, till now I have not received delivery of my order or any update regarding the shipment.
I have tried contacting their customer support through the provided phone numbers, WhatsApp and emails also, but:
All phone numbers are either not working or no one answers. (***-******** / *********** / *********** / ***********).
No response has been received either on email or on WhatsApp.
Also There is no proper option on the website to cancel the order.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and has caused me inconvenience and stress.
I request you to:
Dispatch the order immediately. OR
Immediate cancellation of my order & Full refund of the paid amount at the earliest.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further in consumer court.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
