Cosmos layers - package not delivered

I placed an order from the online site which included phone case with one phone case free and a multiple cable for ₹*** on **th april and the last time I recieved the update of the courier was on **th April that " shipment not recieved from client " and no further updates., I have tried contacting them on their mail and no response there either . I placed this order from chandigarh and it's been so long and I have already done the payment .
