Cosmos layers - Fraudulent Merchant Payment Taken Order Never Delivered Merchant Unreachable

On ** May ****, I placed an order (Order #CL*****) on cosmoslayers.in for * items — * Samsung Galaxy S** phone covers, a screen protector, and cables — worth ₹*,***.**, paid fully in advance via GPay. The order status immediately showed 'Confirmed — Preparing for Shipping' but has not moved since. No product was delivered.
I attempted to contact the merchant through every available channel — support email, Instagram DMs (@cosmoslayers), and WhatsApp on their listed number. The WhatsApp message was delivered but never replied to. Their phone number listed on the website is non-functional. I have received zero response across all channels.
I later discovered multiple other customers on Trustpilot and Voxya reporting the exact same experience — payment taken, order never shipped, merchant completely unreachable. This appears to be a deliberate fraud operation running through Instagram ads targeting prepaid customers.
I have suffered a financial loss of ₹*,*** and significant mental distress. I have already reported this to Google Pay, called Cyber Crime Helpline ****, and sent a formal refund demand email to the merchant. I am requesting an immediate full refund of ₹*,***.
