I have ordered T shirt worth of ₹*** from kwabey.com, which is their official website, but they are unresponsive in terms of order dispatch and delivery. They promised *-* day delivery at the time of purchase, but they have not delivered even after ** days. They are not reachable on their customer care helpline. Even I have mailed them but didn’t get any response yet. I have ordered on **th April and my order id is *******.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
