I am writing this complaint against Kwabey Fashion regarding my order.
I placed an order on [DATE] through their website kwabey.com and made a payment of ₹[***]. My Order ID is *******
Despite successful payment, I have not received my order till today. It has been [**] days since I placed the order. I have tried contacting their customer support via email and phone, but I have either received no response or an unsatisfactory response.
This behavior clearly shows negligence and poor customer service. It appears that the company is not fulfilling its commitments to customers.
I request a full refund of ₹*** immediately. If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to take further legal action through the consumer court.
I have attached all necessary proof including payment receipt, order confirmation, and communication records.
I request Voxya to take appropriate action and help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
