I ordered * T-shirts almost * weeks ago, but I did not receive any update regarding my order. Because of the delay and lack of communication, I decided to cancel the order.
After cancellation, it took around * days for the refund amount to be added to my wallet. Now, for the last * days, the site has been showing a “wallet transaction error” whenever I try to use the wallet balance.
This whole experience has been very frustrating. I request you to please resolve the wallet issue as soon as possible and improve your customer service and order update process.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
