Maccaron - Package not delivered
Venya v filed complaint against Maccaron on Mar 22, 2026
I placed a prepaid order on Maccaron Beauty . The order was marked as delivered on ** March **** via BlueDart , but I did not receive the package.
I checked with hostel security, neighbours, and surrounding area, but no one received the parcel.
I tried contacting Maccaron customer care multiple times via email and support, but there has been no response from their side.
I request the company to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) with signature and delivery details. If they cannot provide proof, I request a full refund or replacement of my order.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
