I ordered an item from Maccaron App on **th Oct ** and paid the amount of ****. Submitted my KYC document and also got a reply stating it has been cleared. The app shows the delivery date as */**/** however I have still not received it. I sent numerous emails asking them the whereabouts but of no use. I sent an email asking them to cancel and refund as I was tired of waiting and they replied saying it can’t be cancelled but again after few days I checked the Maccaron app and the status of the order is cancelled and I was not even informed about it and I have not received my money back. I am so tired of writing to them now, there is no number also provided where we could call and ask. I’m just so sick of them. I just want my money back.
