Ekart delivery boy asked for OTP ,I refused to give OTP because it was open box delivery and the product was different what I had ordered after that he asked me check the phone to see of the product is same as ordered or different, at the time of checking, he stole the OTP after sometime I received the notification my product is delivered. Flipkart customer service not able to resolve the issue of contact the delivery guy.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
