Dawntown - Package not delivered

I had ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero Evo SL running shoes from Dawntown on ** November **** after paying an amount of Rs ***** online.
Today after a month of having placed the order, the unresponsive customer care team of Dawntown has ghosted me.
They had given me two "definite" dates in the past, promising me that the shoes will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided, but both those dates have expired.
I have tried calling the phone number provided on their website multiple times and my calls have never been answered.
I have demanded a full refund from Dawntown, but they keep refusing stating my order is in an advance stage of processing and that refund can't be provided.
I am totally frustrated as there is no response from this fraud store called Dawntown. Neither do I have an update on the status of my order, nor have I been issued with a refund.
I regret having spent my money on dawntown.co.in and am in total despair.
