I ordered a phone case from The Case Factory India on Friday, ** November **** and made a prepaid payment at the time of placing the order.
I received the order confirmation email, but after that there has been no update at all from the company.
There is no tracking number, no shipping information, and no response to any of the emails I have sent.
The brand is completely ignoring my messages and providing zero support, even after waiting for multiple days.
This looks like clear non-delivery and irresponsible behavior from the seller.
I am requesting Voxya to take action because the company has taken my money but is not delivering the product or providing any communication.
I Want Full refund of the amount I paid

Issue: Prepaid order not delivered & no response from seller
