I placed an order for this item on **th August, ****. prepaid via Google pay and there have been no updates from savana. it's **th August today, way longer the standard delivery time as promised by them on the purchase window. this is utterly unethical and irresponsible behaviour on the company's behalf. the tracking window shows "ready to send to dispatch centre" dated **th August ****. there have been no updates/ progress in **+ days. This completely ruins the purpose of ordering the item in the first place because i needed it for an event.
