S T Courier - Package not delivered

Dear S T courier
Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your repeated failure to deliver my courier packages to my address ( Mugaiyur village and post, cheyyur taluk). On several occasions, your delivery personnel have contacted me to ask that I collect my packages personally, instead of delivering them as per your service commitment. This has not only caused inconvenience but also contradicts the core promise of your courier services.

It is particularly disappointing that this issue has occurred multiple times, despite previous assurances from your representatives that steps would be taken to improve delivery standards. As a paying customer, I expect that my packages be delivered directly to my address as per the shipping agreement.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and ensure that future deliveries are completed as expected. Please also provide an explanation as to why this recurring issue continues to happen and outline what corrective measures will be implemented.
