I have ordered a product from online and they have send it using S T couriers. My tracking id is ***********.
But the delivery agents delivered it to another address. I have even provided two contact numbers but never received a call regarding the package. I got the package from another party who was kind enough to contact me. Its really disappointing action done by the delivery agents. I had to travel to another location to collect my package.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
