On **th June, I received a call from the delivery executive informing me that he had arrived with my package. At that time, I was just *–** minutes away from my residence. I requested him to either wait for a few minutes or deliver the package the next day. He responded by saying he would wait and place the package near the stairs. I agreed and provided the OTP for delivery.
However, upon reaching home shortly after, **I found that the package was missing**. I immediately checked around the area and also contacted my neighbors. They informed me that they neither saw nor heard any delivery being made—some even mentioned that they didn’t hear the gate open, which raises concern that the delivery may not have happened at all.
On the same day, I tried to contact Flipkart customer support to report the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups over three consecutive days, I did not receive any effective assistance. Additionally, after receiving the delivery confirmation message, I was unable to find the *-digit number typically provided to contact the delivery partner. As a result, I had no way to reach him directly and resolve the issue.
This experience has been disappointing and appears to involve either a delivery error or potential fraud. I request a thorough investigation and appropriate resolution.
