I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Monkblu Apparel regarding their non-responsive behavior and failure to provide the product exchange as promised.
I had placed an order with Monkblu Apparel on **th June ****, for * T-shirts (Size XL) worth ₹****. Upon receiving the order, I found that the sizes did not fit me and requested a size exchange to Size L via email. In response, the company instructed me to courier the items to their address in Delhi and share the courier tracking receipt.
Accordingly, I followed their instructions and couriered back all * T-shirts on **th June ****, and also emailed them the courier tracking details the same day.
However, since then, I have been repeatedly trying to reach the company via emails and phone calls, but I have not received any response or update from their side. It has been over two weeks, and there has been no communication or exchange product dispatched by the company.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical, and it has caused me mental harassment and financial inconvenience. I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Monkblu Apparel
