Monkblu Apparel - Fraud

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Monkblu Apparel due to their unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, and failure to fulfill my order.

On ** January ****, I purchased two T-shirts from Monkblu Apparel and completed the payment successfully. However, after receiving the payment, the company has made no communication whatsoever regarding order confirmation, shipping details, or delivery updates.

While waiting for the delivery, I checked the delivery tracking app linked to the order and noticed that the order status was shown as “Cancelled from the supplier’s side.” This cancellation was done without any prior notice, explanation, or refund communication from Monkblu Apparel.

Following this, I made multiple attempts to contact the company:
• I reached out to them via their Instagram page
• I sent emails to their official email address
• I submitted my phone number through the contact option on their website

Despite all these efforts, there has been absolutely no response or communication from Monkblu Apparel till date.

Issues Faced
• Payment taken but order not delivered
• Order cancelled by supplier without customer consent or notification
• No response to emails, social media messages, or contact requests
• No information regarding refund or order resolution

Expected Resolution

I request:
*. An immediate explanation for the cancellation
*. A full refund of the amount paid, if the order cannot be fulfilled
*. Accountability for the lack of communication and poor customer service

This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and raises serious concerns about the reliability and ethics of Monkblu Apparel as an online seller.

I request the concerned authority/platform to take appropriate action and assist me in resolving this matter at the earliest.
