I haven't received any package but the app show's it has been delivered. Additional I haven't received any OTP. To think the agent has called me due to personal reasons I couldn't pick the call. Later it is showing as delivered has been done early. I have raised multiple tickets, but no response
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
